Customer devices can be added and documented to our asset management system. Warranty status and related reports are produced per customer request. The customer can get detailed reports of incidents, service requests and changes.

Service desk and ticketing
Our support can be reached via an issue tracking system or telephone. All service requests are logged to our systems and progress can be examined in the service portal.

 The customer's own IT personnel can receive support from professionals. End-user support can be made into a Service Desk service agreement. Customer personnel can be served efficiently with remote support and services are available nationwide.
